Glacier Way is a cooperative (co-op) preschool in Ann Arbor focused on helping kids fall in love with school before they even start kindergarten.

We are a licensed preschool through the state of Michigan.

Join us three mornings a week for teacher-guided learning and play

Glacier Way is a cooperative (co-op) preschool on the west side of Ann Arbor, MI for children ages 3 - 5.

Class run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 AM to Noon. Parents take turns helping in the classroom alongside a licensed teacher.

Children learn in a colorful, light-filled space filled with arts & crafts, learning games, toys for imagination play, sensory items, and more.

We exist to help you and your child — together — form a lifelong love for school. We are a play-based curriculum focused on boosting social-emotional development, autonomy, and curiosity in children.

Glacier Way has functioned as a co-op preschool for 50 years because involving parents strengthens child-caregiver bonds and helps local families create community.

Meet Glacier Way’s teacher,
Ms. Amber Bowman

Glacier Way’s curriculum is developed and taught by a certified K-12 educator with focus on early childhood development and music.

Ms. Bowman designs thoughtful, creative activities and weaves music, movement, and stories into every day.
