Frequently Asked Questions:
How much input do parents have as to what days they will assist in the classroom?
Parents will sign up for days they are available to assist in the classroom on a group spreadsheet at the beginning of each term. The number of days per month a parent is required to assist in the classroom is determined by the number of students enrolled in their child’s class.
If there is a need for a schedule change, families work together to swap days.
Does my child have to be potty trained to attend Glacier Way?
Yes, we do require that children are potty trained prior to attending Glacier Way.
We do however understand that accidents happen, and we have policies in place to address these situations.
Is there a program in the summer?
There is no formal school during the summer.
There are typically regular play dates during the summer. This is fun for the kids and especially helpful for new students who will be joining in the fall. It gives a chance to meet the teacher and get to know a few classmates.
If a family is uncertain of the need for preschool for the whole year, would it be ok to join for just a semester?
Families are able to register for one semester, and children can join anytime as long as there are spaces available.
What days are class and how much is tuition?
For the 2024-2025 school year we will be a combined class of 3’s and 4’s. Class will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am-12pm.
$835 per semester
