See our space (virtually, or physically)

Glacier Way’s physical space is very intentionally set up to help preschoolers grow. It also supports the school’s core values like curiosity, autonomy, creativity, and play.

Read through our virtual tour below, or set up time to come visit in person and see class up close.

Take a virtual tour of Glacier Way’s classrooms

Our space is set up intentionally to support curiosity, play, and connection. Everything has a purpose, from the way we label toy bins to the door kids use to enter.

Our space includes three main areas for learning and play:

  • Room A: emphasizes exploration and imagination through dramatic play, block play, process arts, crafts, and sensory play.

  • Room B: a room that supports math and science, plus focus activities like reading, writing; this is also where we gather for Circle Time, and to sing and dance.

  • Our outdoor playground: a private, fenced-in gross motor space (we have an indoor rec room for bad weather).
